What to Include in Your Quote Request

The more information you can share up front, the more accurate an estimate we can provide:

What Happens After You Submit

Once we receive your request, the process is simple. First, one of our estimators reviews your photos and description to assess the scope of work. Next, we'll get back to you with a written estimate that breaks down parts, labour, and any sublet work such as glass or wheel alignment. Finally, if you're filing an insurance claim, we'll coordinate directly with your insurer to confirm coverage and authorize the repair, so you don't have to play middleman.

Working With Your Insurance Company

We work directly with all of the major Canadian insurers — Intact, Aviva, Belair, TD, Wawanesa, Economical, CAA, and more — and we're familiar with how each one handles claims. One thing many drivers don't realize is that under Ontario law, you have the right to choose your own repair shop.
